UX Designer

UX Designer
My Leeds based client is looking to recruit 2 UX Designers tasked with development of innovative, user-centric digital experiences across Service Now, SAP and other core platforms.
The UX Designer will be responsible for understanding user needs, defining user flows, and designing intuitive interfaces across web and mobile platforms. Within this role, the UX Designer will work closely with cross-functional teams including product development teams, business services, branding team, and most importantly customers to create seamless and engaging experiences.
More specifically, the UX Designer will :
• Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations.
• Create user personas, user journeys, and empathy maps to inform design decisions.
• Drive process and form redesign including customer friendly categorization and service
• Define user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Collaborate with product owners and engineers to prioritize features and functionality based on user needs and business goals.
• Work closely with visual designers and branding team to ensure consistency and coherence in the overall user experience.
• Work closely with business product owners from the business service to balance process efficiency and simplicity of the processes in Service Now
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design.

Technically, the UX Designer will have a demonstrable career working as a UX Designer with a proven portfolio. You will be proficient in the design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar with proven skills using user-centered design principles and methodologies.

Experience with Service Now, SAP and SF platforms highly advantageous as is familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
