Senior Business Analyst – ServiceNow

My Leeds based client is looking to recruit a ServiceNow Business Analyst to join an existing piece of work around the implementation and enhancement of ServiceNow across a wide number of Business areas , not just IT, defining drivers, objectives, scope, high level and detailed requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work within a multidisciplinary agile team, maintaining and grooming the backlog, undertaking detailed analysis where required
• Take responsibility for the detailed specification and modelling of holistic solutions using Agile methods and techniques
• Investigate business problems and opportunities and specify change to business processes
• Work effectively with key stakeholders to shape the analysis approach
• Ensure vision, drivers, objectives and benefits are understood
• Undertake impact analysis
• Have a demonstrable career implementing ServiceNow across all business areas working within an Agile environment
• Have a proven ability to work with key stakeholders in an enterprise environment
• Be skilled in using Business Analysis techniques and Information modelling tools
