SAP S4/Hana, Accounts Payable, P2P
My global client, with a strong presence in the UK, is looking to recruit a SAP Finance Analyst to join a large programme of work around the replacement of the organisations Practice Management System. Primarily, the position will focus on AP invoices, payments, expenses and the integration with internal systems. Also, you will support with accounting, charts of accounts, maintenance of cost centres.
Key responsibilities:
- Proven experience in the delivery of Finance transformation projects
- In depth understanding and knowledge of P2P and accounting processes
- Running AP enquiries and processes
- Experience of AP payment testing and automation
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to refine business requirements
- Ensure statutory and tax reporting requirements are adhered to
- Solid experience of working with SAP S4/Hana
- Ensure tax compliance reports are developed and tested
- Maintain training documentation regarding procedures
- Update and maintain business design documents
- Drive continuous improvement and identify areas for enhancement in processes and procedures to achieve greater efficiency
- Build and nurture relationships with SME’s, 3rd parties and programme stakeholders
- Ability to manage priorities effectively and work to tight timescales
