Job Title: RPA Developer (Blue Prism)

Day Rate: £350-400 (Outside IR35)

Duration: May start – 31st March 2025

Location: Preston, UK

About Us: Bridge IT is partnering exclusively with a government-owned organisation in Preston to establish their RPA Center of Excellence. We’re seeking experienced Blue Prism Developers to join their team.

Requirements:

• Develop and maintain automation workflows using Blue Prism RPA platform
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Design, develop, test, and implement automated processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation processes and bots
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including process design documents and test scripts
• Provide training and support users on Blue Prism functionality and best practices
• Stay updated on the latest Blue Prism features, tools, and best practices
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and drive adoption of RPA within the organisation
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards for RPA development and deployment
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of RPA processes and methodologies

Essential:

• Strong experience with Blue Prism development
• Onsite presence required (UK-based candidates only)
