Programme Manager – Contract
Looking for a Programme Manager for an established UK based Financial Services organisation. The Programme Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of data projects, delivering long term strategic improvements whilst implementing ways to improve data domain ownership, Target Data Architecture, Master Data Model, automated processing and analytics. Must have experience delivering multiple projects and various stages within agreed timescales, scope and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Significant experience delivering business transformation and technology change projects
- Experience in data integration, analytics and data governance
- Delivering projects within the agreed governance, timescales, scope and budget
- Tracking, prioritising and resolving issues and managing risks throughout the delivery process
- Providing effective reports to ensure stakeholders are updated
- Lead a team of Project Managers, Workstream Leads, Business Analysts and Product Owners to ensure successful delivery
- Run senior stakeholder workshops to facilitate agreed outcomes
- Budget and resource management for the projects
- Defining the governance structure
- Creating and maintaining effective relationships with multiple business functions
- Experience of managing external suppliers and technology providers
- Get involved in the planning of the Change Management Portfolio
