Job title – Automation Process Controller
Location – Preston (Hybrid – x2 days pw on-site)
Duration – July start – 31st March 2025
Day rate – Competitive outside rates
Here at Bridge we are partnering with a leading Government owned organisation based in Preston, who have built out their Centre of Excellence (CoE) and are looking for a Process Controller to join their award winning team.
Main duties include:
Manages the daily administration of the automation live environment; maintaining, running processes, maintaining virtual workers, viewing logs, manage and investigate exceptions. To solve issues that arise in the day-to-day running of automation processes and assisting in the provision of timely responses and solutions as required.
- Case management; manage and allocate process workloads.
- Ensure processes are completed by viewing logs.
- Control, administer, and co-ordinate the automated processes in the operational environment.
- Manager of Digital Workers.
- Investigate, triage and resolve any issues in the live processes.
- Assign the Digital Worker correct access as per business processes.
- Schedule and run automation processes.
- Manage and investigate exceptions.
- Raise change requests or support calls where required.
- Release Manager.
- Continues Improvement including 6 monthly process reviews.
- Coordinate any Software releases.
- Coordinate Infrastructure maintenance.
- Management of Environmental variables
Technical Skills
- Good computer skills.
- Good inter-personal communication skills to explain issues and follow instructions accurately.
- Problem solver.
- Experience in Blue Prism Software (desired not essential)
