Job Title: Lead Developer

Location: Warwick (hybrid working 1- 2 day per week in the office)

Salary: £90,000 per annum + benefits

The Bridge Technology Partners are working exclusively with rapidly expanding Software House to help them with their searches for a Lead Developer with a full-stack JavaScript background.

As a Lead Engineer you will drive high quality software development at pace into large clients delivering value quickly. This is a key strategic position for the organisation and will play a fundamental role in supporting the organisation with achieving their growth objectives and international expansion. The role is approx. 70% hands-on with 30% being more around leadership.

What will you do:
• Continually assess and evaluate current technology capabilities, usability, and effectiveness of software development
• Develop software for mobile and desktop applications using React, Node or similar.
• Utilise AWS cloud technology to deliver CI/CD effectiveness
• Help develop best coding practice within the company in areas such as software design patterns and practices, SOA, Microservices, Dependency Injection, test driven development.
• Utilise automated testing and monitoring technology
