This is a fantastic opportunity to work as a Jira SME on a long term contract, inside IR35.
It’s important to note that this Jira SME role will require 5 days per week on site in Chippenham and you must have active SC Clearance.
The key skills required for this Jira SME role are:
- SC Cleared
- Defence experience
- Provide expertise on Jira Service Management (JSM), Jira Software (JSW), and Confluence
- ITSM principles (Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management).
- JSM Automations, Workflows, and Assets (Insight).
- Jira Query Language (JQL).
- ITIL 4, Agile, or DevOps frameworks.
- Familiarity with scripting or automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python, or REST APIs).
