IT Support Analyst
Currently recruiting for an IT Support Analyst to provide 1st and 2nd line support for a range of IT systems and applications used by the organisation. You will play a key part in projects to improve systems / procedures and will have the opportunity to assist upgrading the IT infrastructure.
Key responsibilities:
- Record, respond and resolve any IT issues raised by staff
- Support and maintain bespoke business software including customising reports and uploading data
- Undertake project work to improve IT systems
- Perform user and mailbox administration
- Manage distribution of mobile phones and associated hardware
- Manage and maintain hardware and software asset lists and databases
- Configure, install and maintain PC’s, printers and other IT equipment
- Check and monitor servers and network equipment
- Monitor and manage data backups
Key skills:
- Windows 7/10 installation, configuration and administration
- Microsoft Office installation, configuration and administration
- Network cabling and IP fundamentals
- Exposure to report writing tools
- Able to understand and write SQL queries
