I am are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager that has previous experience in managing Information Security Projects. In this role, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to drive project success and facilitate continuous improvement.

Your responsibilities will include:

– Defining project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria in partnership with stakeholders.
– Developing project roadmaps, plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
– Establishing clear project objectives and success criteria.
– Creating and maintaining project schedules, resource plans, and using project management tools like JIRA boards.
– Collaborating with our Project Management Office (CPMO) to support improvement initiatives within the project lifecycle.
– Identifying, tracking, and managing project risks and issues, including conducting risk assessments.
– Leading cross-functional project resources to ensure adherence to project plans and timelines.
– Monitoring project progress and addressing deviations from the plan.
– Managing dependencies, making go/no-go decisions, and forecasting project delivery.
– Assisting teams in effective delivery operations, including stand-ups and retrospectives.
– Maintaining open and transparent communication with project stakeholders, team members, and management.
– Preparing and delivering reports, presentations, and project documentation.
– Promoting a culture of continuous improvement within our organization.
– Ensuring a motivating, engaging, and positive atmosphere for project delivery.

To excel in this role, you should have:

– Several years of experience in managing technical and business projects.
– Strong project management skills, including planning, RAID management, stakeholder communication, governance, – risk/change management, and compliance.
– Experience in software delivery and understanding of the delivery process.
– Proficiency in creating and managing JIRA boards and other project management tools.
– Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Kanban, SCRUM, Agile.
– Technical knowledge and the ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
– The ability to work with teams in different locations and time zones.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
