Dynamics 365 CRM Support Developer – Contract role
Contract (4-6 months)
Dat Rate: £400 – £450 Inside IR35 (depending on experience)
Location: London (mainly remote)

Position Overview:
As a Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales) Support Developer, you will play a crucial role in supporting and optimising the client’s Dynamics CRM system to meet the evolving needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for Dynamics 365 CRM Sales module, resolving system-related issues from simple user queries to complex production applications involving Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Customize CRM system to meet business needs, including workflows, dashboards, and reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement enhancements and new features.
• Develop and maintain plugins and extensions to extend CRM functionality.
• Integrate CRM with other business applications, ensuring data consistency.
• Conduct system upgrades and document technical configurations.
• Stay updated on CRM development trends and recommend improvements.

Requirements:

• Must have experience in Dynamics 365 CRM development and support.
• Modular experience: Sales and Marketing.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
• Proficiency in customising Dynamics CRM system components.
• Ability to develop plugins, workflows, and extensions 
• Familiarity with Dynamics CRM integration techniques.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills for collaboration.
