Job Title: Dynamics CRM Developer

Salary: Up to £55k plus Excellent Benefits

Location: Hertfordshire (This is a hybrid role, with one day a week in the office)

Here at The Bridge IT, we are working with a client that is looking for a CRM Developer the join their team! You’ll play a crucial role in improving the client’s internal systems.

Responsibilities:

• Designing, developing, and implementing CRM changes for key systems.
• Providing expert guidance on the best practices.
• Designing, testing, and documenting system requirements
• Collaborating with the IT team and departments to address ongoing needs.
• Building systems to meet business requirements.
• Analysing and identifying areas for improvement in systems and processes.

Experience Required:

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Experience with Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Advanced in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate and share knowledge with the team.
