Job Title: Dynamics 365 CRM/CE Technical Lead

Salary: £80,000 – £95,000 (depending on expereince) + flexibility to work from home and excellent benefits!

Here at The Bridge IT, we are working with a leading multinational business! They are seeking a talented and experienced Dynamics 365 CRM/CE Technical Lead to join their dynamic team. You will be a key player in the CRM transformation journey, lead a team of CRM professionals, and leverage your expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement to drive success in this critical role.

Responsibility:

• Implementing Dynamics 365 CE, guiding the transition from the previous CRM solution.
• Applying your expertise in D365 Customer Engagement to enhance architecture, features, and ongoing service improvements.
• Collaborating with the Product Owner to prepare for regular product updates and larger releases.
• Translating user needs into actionable code requirements.
• Overseeing and coordinating with external developers and support teams on technical matters.
• Managing the Solution Architecture, including API integrations with other systems.

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of experience with Dynamics 365 CRM/CE (on-prem and online)
• Experience as a Technical Lead, Technical Architect, Technical Product Owner, or Senior Developer.
• Technical experience: C#, .Net, JavaScript, Plugin coding
• Designing solutions and architecture experience.
• Experience in leading or managing teams and is capable of guiding and supervising other developers.
