Currently recruiting a Digital Content Manager for an award-winning global organisation. You’re responsible for representing customers when it comes to the organisations website whilst understanding what products customers want to see and how they should be displayed. You’ll work closely with Digital Trading, SEO, UX & Design Teams, A/B Testing, plus wider teams to make sure the customer comes first.

• Responsible for monitoring, improving and delivering on strong journeys for exit rates, bounce rates and all customer facing site content
• Working with the Trading Manager for commercially merchandising products online, ensuring the right product is in the right location at the right time and highlighted to customers to maximise sales
• Ensuring content on web pages are functioning properly and is correctly displayed to visitors plus updating multiple pages, based on results.
• Using web content management systems.
• Collaborating with Content Writers and UX design team
• Preparing reports and developing content strategies
• Collaborate with marketing function to reflect strategies digitally
