Deployment Manager / Retail Project Manager

My client a leading company based in Greater Manchester are searching for an Deployment Manager.

The Deployment Manager plays a key role with full responsibility for the installation of all solutions across our clients in the UK and ROI ensuring the right product reaches the right location at the right time.

You will work closely with the Engineering Manager and Head of Operations to ensure we have sufficient stock and resources available to carry out your installations. Management of client relationships is vitally important as the deployment team are the face of everything we do.

Key Skills and Responsibilities:  

• Previous experience of IT Refresh/ IT Hardware Deployment related projects.
• Experience of large scale hardware deployment’s within QSR/Retail.
• Managing relationship with clients to ensure smooth installations.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels internally and externally in a fast paced environment.
• Planning installations on site
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ensuring installation reports are completed and distributed at end of each day.
• Ensure all installations are fully costed and reviewed
• Strong communication skills at all levels both verbally and in written form
• Direct line management, development and progression of deployment team
• Develop and maintain a skills matrix, to ensure the right blend of capabilities across the team.

• Strong customer service ethic and excellent organisation skill.
