Business Analyst

ServiceNow / Service Desk / ITSM

My global client, with a strong presence in the UK, is looking to recruit a ServiceNow Business Analyst to join an existing piece of work around the implementation of ServiceNow, specifically within their finance Service Desk team. You’ll be responsible for gathering detailed requirements, maintaining project documentation and efficiently resolving any platform issues.

Key responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the other ServiceNow BA’s and Finance Process Owners to document and agree requirements for new workflows
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to capture and define business requirements
  • Prioritisation of business requirements
  • Manage and communicate ServiceNow release schedules and duties 
  • Chair internal meetings and workshops
  • Maintain documentation regarding procedures
  • Work directly with end users to resolve and escalate issues within ServiceNow
  • Maintain a knowledge of the SLA’s and KPI’s, aiding the process owners with any ticket queries
  • Drive continuous improvement and identify areas for enhancement in processes and procedures to achieve greater efficiency
  • Build and nurture relationships with SME’s, process owners and other programme stakeholders

You will need experience in the following:

  • Have a demonstrable career implementing ServiceNow within an Agile environment
  • Have a proven ability to work with key stakeholders in an enterprise environment
  • Be skilled in using Business Analysis techniques and modelling tools
