Junior Project Manager – Harrogate / Hybrid – £26,000 / Hybrid Working
The Bridge IT have partnered with a leading MSP to recruit a Junior Project Manager based in North Yorkshire. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in coordinating and delivering small, quick-turnaround projects, providing data management support, and maintaining excellent communication with stakeholders. You will ensure projects are completed to a high standard and on time, contributing to the continued success and trust of our customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Satisfaction: Oversee and ensure successful delivery of small, fast-paced projects, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering strong partnerships with clients.
- Project Delivery & Administration: Assist with the creation and updates of configuration items and work orders. Update core business systems with project forecasts, statuses, and reports, supporting project teams with administration and coordination tasks.
- Initiation & Planning: Collaborate with the sales team to gather necessary information and ensure timely shipping of products. Liaise with customers to confirm successful deliveries and ensure project requirements are met.
- Communication: Maintain accurate and timely updates in internal business applications and third-party software, ensuring operational efficiency for stakeholders.
- Data Management & Reporting: Produce standard weekly and monthly reports, along with ad-hoc reports as requested, working closely with stakeholders and project teams.
- Wellbeing & Workload Management: Assess workloads for yourself and colleagues, offering support when needed.
- Personal Development & Innovation: Contribute to broader business initiatives and seek out personal development opportunities to foster innovation.
Person Specification:
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate across all levels.
- A customer-focused mindset, with a professional, positive, and friendly demeanor.
- Self-motivation with the ability to thrive under pressure in a busy environment.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Proficiency in Office 365 applications (including Planner), with experience in data management. Familiarity with Dynamics 365 is advantageous.
- Reporting experience, including the ability to generate ad-hoc reports as required.
- Previous experience in project-focused business environments is highly desirable.
