Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for production, delivery & performance of email campaigns to support our weekly BAU email programme
- Ownership of briefing, building and testing email campaigns according to the CRM campaign schedule
- Working with the Senior CRM Executive and CRM Manager to define and agree the contents of weekly emails and promotional activity
- Working with the Product and Creative teams to ensure campaigns are on brand and in line with client requirements
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of CRM campaigns, providing recommendations for improvement
- Assist in the maintenance of the CRM communications calendar to support planning and execution of campaigns to schedule
